Without fail, it has happened again. It happened while working on the first book, and here we are once more. What is it, you may ask? Well, I started working on the audiobook. I began recording lines, and then as I started to reread the book, I noticed things that I wanted to change. So here we are. I’ve decided yet again to do an early revision. I’m working on The Ripper revised edition, not even a week after the 1st edition dropped.
Is The Ripper a lousy book in its current state? I don’t think so. But yet here we are. As I read and began recording lines, I notice that I could add a little bit of information here, maybe change the wording a little there. Basically, I’m giving that prized possession of mine that little bit of extra love and shine that it needs to really burn bright.
There’s a lesson to be learned here. The next time I do a book, I’m not releasing it until the audiobook is done. Otherwise, more than likely, I’ll end up in this situation again. So to those of you who have bought the eBook, expect a big update at the end of the month, along with the paperback being re-released. (It’s currently pulled from the stores).
This was just a short rant/update, so, until next time–keep posted!
